Can the same company manage a rental after remodeling it?
Yes, as a separate offering. Palmetto Ledger also provides property management for residential rentals and Jim is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate. Leasing and management for others is performed in accordance with Florida Statute Ch. 475, under a licensed Florida real estate broker as required. A sales associate may not independently contract for those services in their own name.
